Skipjack Dining is an upscale casual restaurant specializing in seasonal, locally sourced food. Chef and owner Donny Merrill brings over 20 years of experience to the kitchen, creating a menu that combines classics with new American fare, as well as delicious daily and nightly specials.

Although we are not an exclusively seafood restaurant, we celebrate our proximity to the Chesapeake Bay by serving plenty of fresh local seafood. Skipjack Dining offers the quality of food and level of service one normally finds only in fine dining restaurants in an atmosphere that is unpretentious and unintimidating. We believe that quality dining can and should be a fun experience for all.

Skipjack Dining’s innovative cocktail list includes several homemade infusions. We are also known for our ever-growing beer list, featuring microbrews as well as popular favorites, and our eclectic, well-balanced wine list. We use only fresh-ground, antibiotic-and-hormone free beef from Herman’s Quality Meat Shoppe in our burgers. Skipjack Dining is a great place to eat for those with food allergies, vegetarians and vegans, those who eat gluten-free, and anyone else whose diet is restricted.
