JOIN US IN 2019 HELP HUNGER WALK ON OCT. 20

John H. Ware IV Memorial Help Hunger Walk on Sunday, October 20 benefitting 3 local charities:
Church of God Divine Sent Food Cupboard
Lighthouse Youth Center
Neighborhood Services Center
 
The walk starts at the Lighthouse Youth Center with registration at 12:30 PM.  The walk will start at 1:30 PM.

Whisky Tasting Experience
October 24, 2019
Whisky Tasting Experience with renowned whisky expert Dan Searing from 6:00 - 8:00 PM on Friday, October 25 in the Ware Mansion Crystal Room.

$100 per ticket includes a guided tasting of six unique whiskies, paired with
Éclat chocolates. A silent auction of unique spirits will follow the tasting.

Since November 1, 1971, Neighborhood Services Center has provided a centralized location where residents of the southwestern corner of Chester County can access health and social services and find help to meet their basic needs. The Neighborhood Services Center’s mission is to empower all people to achieve health, wholeness, and stability in their lives.

*Provide a place for people to drop in or call with questions or problems.

*Establish a link between volunteers who want to help and those in need of assistance.

*Provide a central location for county human services agencies so that southwestern Chester County residents can get the help they need in one place.

*Help people access information, and provide referrals to services and programs that the agency does not provide.

*Screen people and provide direct services for fuel, food, utility services, health care, housing, and transportation assistance.
