Honeybrook is a semi-private golf club nestled among the Amish farms of Chester County, Pennsylvania. Open to the public every day, Honeybrook offers 18 challenging yet playable holes that are fun for all skill levels. It's a mixture of wide-open links, tree-lined fairways and subtle elevation changes that combine natural beauty and great golf.

Beginning in May, 2019, Honeybrook will introduce the Brandywine Golf Trail, a consortium of some of the area's most popular public golf courses. Its an opportunity for visitors to experience the beautiful and historic Brandywine Valley, and for local golfers to explore quality courses just down the road from them.

1. WHERE DID YOU GROW UP, WHEN DID YOU START PAYING GOLF, AND LOW ROUND? I grew up in Braintree, MA and started playing golf at age 7. My lowest round ever is a 67.

2. WHAT'S YOUR FAVORITE HOLE AT HONEYBROOK? Hole 12.

3. HOW LONG HAVE YOU WORKED IN GOLF? Started caddying at age 9 (pulled a guy's cart every weekend / holiday). Did pro shop work from 12-22. Retired in 2010, then started at HB in 2012 doing outside work. "Labor of Love" has been volunteering, for nearly 30 years, in numerous junior golf areas including clinics at Honeybrook and with the Pequea Valley HS golf team.

4. WHAT SPORTS TEAM DO YOU LOVE THE MOST? Number 1 team - the Eagles (Number 1A - the Patriots.)

5. FAVORITE PGA TOUR PLAYERS? Rickie Fowler and Rory McIlroy.

6. HAVE YOU EVER HAD A HOLE IN ONE? Unfortunately, no. When I was 14, on a 180-yard par 3, my tee shot blew out the back of the hole. Ball hung on the back lip. Shortest deuce putt ever!

7. COOLEST GOLF COURSE YOU'VE PLAYED AND A COURSE YOU'D LOVE TO PLAY? Spyglass Hill, and I'd love to play Augusta National.

8. FAVORITE GOLF MOVIE? Tin Cup.

9. WHO IS IN YOUR DREAM FOURSOME? My two golfer sons, Matt & Scott, plus THE KING - Arnie. And I'd would work a deal for my grandson, Chase, to be a wheel man on Arnie's cart. :)
