Starting September 12th, the West Chester Council of Governments is hosting Neighborhood University!

This is a free program for residents and business owners of the participating townships that make up the West Chester Council of Governments. It’s a 10-week program covering subjects such as public safety, transportation, zoning/land development and other topics to educate citizens about local government.
