Boobalicious, the Rehoboth-born natural deodorant designed to keep the breast area fresh, is now available with free one-day shipping on Amazon Prime, the
Cape Gazette reports.
We first met Boobalicious founder Joani DiCampli in 2018, when she was designing and making Boobalicious stick balms exclusively for her Etsy shop and craft fairs. At that time, DiCampli, who was named one of the state’s top 35 businesswomen by Delaware Today in 2014, was rebuilding her brand as a solo entrepreneur after a short-lived partnership with No BS Products ended.
The Amazon Prime availability means customers can save a couple of bucks on the cult-fave products, which include scents like “Hills of Honey,” “Marvelous Melons” and “Perky Peppermint,” as well as seasonal scents like “Awesome Apples” and “Plump Pumpkins,” compared to the still-existing Etsy store. The sticks are actually two bucks cheaper on Etsy — $12.97 vs. $14.97 on Amazon — but when you factor in the $3.95 shipping to a Delaware ZIP code, Amazon comes out less expensive for faster delivery.
The product contains beeswax, essential oils and arrowroot powder and is aluminum-free, making it closer to body powder in a stick form than a commercial underarm antiperspirant.
DiCampli, who speaks openly about her experiences as a mother of two adult children who are recovering from addiction, puts 3% of sales of Boobalicious toward mental health and addiction resources.
